Is It Possible to Get the Reverse Asian Eyelid Surgery to Have Asian Eyes if You Are Not Asian?

An eyelid fold can be made smaller but not completely erased
The bigger question would be to understand the motivations for removing an eyelid crease. In some cases, patients of mixed heritage seek to have the fold made less noticeable to blend in more within their Asian communities. However, the eyelid crease is only one of several components that make an Asian look asian. A bigger factor is the forehead contour and the depth of the orbital bone. So removing or effacing a crease may not change your appearance to look more Asian. This is the same reason an Asian with a double eyelid still looks Asian - bony orbit and brow has not been changed.
