If your tooth is broken and very little tooth structure is left your dentist can consider the implant placement. It is difficult to say without additional details about your situation and x-rays. Otherwise if the tooth can be saved it definitely need to be crowned. Epilepsy shouldn`t be an issue for dental procedures.
