Pregnancy and breasts

Breasts often get larger iwth pregnancy, so more than likely they will sag a bit. Bottoming out could happen but can not predict it.

Pregnancy probably will not shift breast implants

If the position of your implants has remained stable, pregnancy should not affect them, though you might develop a degree of droop or ptosis of the breast over the implant depending on your skin resiliency. Get into a good support bra early.

Ptosis More Likely Than Bottoming Out With Pregnancy

A pregnancy would more likely lead to ptosis (sagging) than to bottoming out. The engourgement of your breasts during pregnancy may stretch the skin but is unlikely to affect the positioning of your implants.
