How much does the nose change post surgery? Concerns... (photos)

Hi, I just had my rhinoplasty done in South Korea by a famous Dr... Its been a month since my surgery, but i feel like the tip of my nose is still low and too long, i feel like pinocchio, and one of my nostril is lower than the other one (uneven... But I do have to admit my septum was a bit diviated before...)I had the middle eastern nose with thick skin.I had done so much research for months to find the right doctor, and when i told him that the tip was still low and too long, he said there is still some swelling... And he also said that he could only take off so much 'bone' otherwise it wouldn't be a good surgery... (Isn't the tip cartilage??? Or is it bone...) so I figured he meant that it's not going to change much after the swelling goes down.I'm not sure if he wasn't experienced much with long noses or that the problem is really my nose by just me being unlucky. He was a good Doctor, his other patients that I saw in the clinic all had perfect noses, and the before and after pictures too.So I'd like to know will my nose change at all in terms of it becoming shorter and more upwards?Doctors please comment on what you think about my surgery result from your experties.Thank you
