What are the negative consequences of having liposuction, breast lift, breast implants, injections to under the eye, or brazilian butt lift that plastic surgeons normally don't warn?

As with any cosmetic operation there are risks that will or should be detailed before the operation as an informed consent most likely in writing. General risks are poor result, bleeding, infection, fat necrosis, etc.
