I'm unsure if the Ultrasound portion of Vaser Shape is done, then the massage is done separately or if it is all part of one procedure (massage and ultrasound done at the same time)?

Agree with Dr Aldea. But you need a better explanation from your surgeon in person to fully understand. You can also have separate therapies.

Yes. It is a single somewhat expensive machine (list price over 100,000). The machine delivers ultrasound waves as it lifts and lets go of the treated skin.
