What is the Lump I Have Developed on my Chin After Skin Needling?

I had skin needling last Friday and 2 days later developed what I thought was a pimple. It is now 5 days post needling and the lump on my chin has not gone down. I tried to squeeze it, but it doesn't appear that there is any fluid or pus in it. Any ideas what it might be?
