Hi, I am female and 18 years old. I have a very deep "chin crease" and retrognathia (I think, I haven't been diagnosed). Let me preface this by saying I have no trouble opening or closing my mouth I just have the esthetic preference of a straight or soft chin. Can I somehow have a surgery to bring my lower jaw forward without my dentals? And push those back? I do not want fillers or implants by the way, but if that is necessary, please inform me. Thanks.
