Why the Industry Cannot Invent a Filler That is Perma and Safe?

also had radiesse recently to fill out my nose after a decent surgery two years ago. top surgeon did it but it needs more concerned about posts that multiple injections of radiesse at the side of the nose for indentations could cause " compromise of blood supply" and problems but there is no solid concensus. What is the truth? Wish I could trust Silikon 1000 for this and be done with it but even that has negative posts. dont think cartilage grafts will work anymore the filler looks great but for
