Does the Hyperpigmentation Caused by Cosmelan 2 Around the Mouth Go Away?

I have had cosmelan 1 done a week ago and am using cosmelan 2 and all prescribed moisturizers, I however developed hyperpigmentation around my mouth a week later, is that normal and does it reverse?
