Same medication.

Latisse and Bimatoprost are the same medication in different bottles so they will have the same effect. However if you have your doctor prescribe you Bimatoprost, your insurance may peg you as someone with glaucoma, and It might make it difficult for you to get insurance in the future, as the glaucoma could be considered a pre-existing condition if you are changing health insurance (or applying for life insurance)

Generic Latisse

Latisse is the only FDA approved product to grow your eyelashes longer, thicker, and darker. Any "generic" version isn't FDA approved, so there would be no comparison and no studies comparing the two products.
