What Does the Future Hold for Stretch Marks Treatment? Are You Optimistic?

Hi, please do NOT tell me what stretch marks are and what causes them so we don't take valuable space. I tried Fraxel treatments, Retin A, Trilastin, skin needling (dermarollers) and I haven't seen the slightest, faintest improvement. I just CANNOT believe that with all the progress in bioengineering, stem cell technology and lasers, there will be NEVER anything to remove stretch marks completely. Considering all the advances in medicine, does any of you feel optimistic for the future? Thanks
