What is the Most Effective Treatment, or Combination of Treatments, for Extremely Enlarged Pores?

I know that the doctors on this board generally dislike giving very specific advice, but I hope you'll be willing to be as specific as possible as to exactly what you'd recommend including aftercare etc. It would give me a much better idea of what to research, what to avoid, how much it might cost, and what sort of dermatologist I should look for. My understanding(possibly wrong) is that the some sort of combination treatment is likely to have the most dramatic results as far as ACTUAL pore size
