I Had the Ear Surgery About 5 Months Ago. Telephonic Shape? (photo)

After ear surgery the ears look like telephonic shape.The ears were pin back but lobes are still outward and large.Is ear lobe reduction surgery will be useful..........kindly give me suggestion and information about that surgery.

Earlobe reduction five months post-op otoplasty

Prior to considering earlobe reductaion, I advise going back to your surgeon to see if the earlobe can be set back further by remving more skin through the old otoplasty incision. After revision otoplasty, if your earlobes are still too big, an earlobe reduction can then be done.
