I understand correctly that they are both thermocoagulators, and work the same way, they are just different brand names for the same instrument?
Answer: Both essentially the same Veinwave, VeinGogh, Veinxpert and Ellmanmicroneedle radio frequency ares all variations of a similar technique which involves heating (thermocoagulation, ohmic thermolysis or radio frequency) of very small vessels usually in the 1 to 2 mm range. These are veins that cannot be treated with sclerotherapy.

Answer: Difference between veinwave and veinxpert veinxpert is a rebadge of tc3000 a machine manufactured by F-care systems in Belgium and sold in the USA but suffered from issues of build quality, safety(skin burning) and poor maintanence at the Miami outlet.(see FDA)Veinwave11 is a machine designed and built in the UK.The main difference is the wave form which enables a virtually painless treatment of spider veins,on the legs.Veins can be treated with veinwave using k3 needles upto 0.5mm without purchase of "other needles" used by veingogh systems.TC3000/veinxpert have no track record with reproducible clinical results and little media exposure cf to the clinical gold standard of veinwave especially in Europe for treatment of facial veins..The models mentioned are all doing thermocoagulation. Its a little like saying all cars are the same as they get you from A to B.The underlying component quality, and wave design seperates these 2 devices with consistent reproducible results with veinwave which is distributed worldwide.
