I have a 2.25 inch, slightly hypertrophic scar at 12:00 on the areolar perimeter, with a moderate divot inferior to the incision line.

I recommend fat grafting to the area with dermal scoring to expand the depressed sacr area. Very few PSs do this so take some time in searching. Results can be very good.
