What Are the Costs of BBL in the NY/NJ Area? (photo)

I am seriously interested in getting a BBL done, but live in Northern NJ. I appreciate the quality, symetry, and asthetics of Dr. Salama's work...which I believe is referred to aggressive lipo. I've searched BBL procedures in the North, however I'm finding that most doctors don't want to work with anything larger than 500cc injections. I would be interested in speaking with surgeons here locally to find out what the difference in costs would really mean.
