The cost of Septoplasty varies from surgeon to surgeon, not only depending on their experience but also their location and the average for that area. Many times Septoplasty is covered by insurance if you have breathing difficulties. If there are cosmetic changes that need to be made then any aesthetic changes are not covered. I would suggest a consultation with a well recommended board certified surgeon for a full evaluation. Most of these appointments are complimentary consultations and a surgery fee will be given at that time by the surgeon or patient coordinator. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
