Lip Augmentation for ALL
Celebrity or not, you can use artificial fillers, fat or permanent lip implants. All are safe to use and give patients, and celebrities, that desired look. The key is to make them look as natural as possible. Do your research, have consultations and make your decision based on your feelings, not ones of celebrities.
Best of luck to you!

What is the Most Common Type of Lip Augmentation for Celebrities?
I have performed lip augmentation for over 20 years here in Beverly Hills and IMHO, the most common lip augmentation procedure is the use of fillers like Restylane or Juvederm. Celebrities rarely talk openly about their work but I see no reason this wouldn't apply to them as well. Lip Implants, like Alloderm, offer long term lip augmentation but are less common than fillers.

Restylane/juvederm are probably the most common lip fillers by celebrities.
Temporary fillers such as restylane or juvederm last about 3-6 months in the lips and are easy to get for $550/syringe while lip implants are permanent for 1500-2000 per implant and are also easy to get. Fat is less commonly done anymore but some still do it. Sincerely,

Juviderm and fat are still used most often with our celebrities.
If they are filming in a week or two we use Juviderm. If they have several weeks and want a permanent solution I use fat. If not overdone these look totally natural and fat lasts forever.

Lip Augmentation
Celebrities look fabulous because they are willing to try new things to look great but with minimal down time. For the lips, there are 2 ways to augment them: 1) temporary fillers and 2) permanent lip implant. There are pros and cons to each method. The fillers are quick and can easily be done with minimal if any down time. The trick is to keep the lips consistently full so that they don't vary in appearance. There are a couple of different fillers that are...
