I'm 28, male seriously considering sculptra. I want very subtle results so don't think I'll get more than one session. I understand that side effects like lumps and over fill can be avoided by a skilled surgeon. But I'm reading stories of people developing systemic inflammatory response to sculptra. What are the chances of developing such systemic reaction? Why don't we need allergy testing for sculptra? Should I go for ultherapy instead? Where does ultherapy stand in comparison to sculptra?
