In year 2005 i under went rhinoplasty where the surgeon used my cartilage from my nose to build the bridge . But my rhinoplasty went wrong i have a - Flat Bridge, very crooked nose and wide nostril. Now how a surgeon can fix it.Will the cartilage rebuild ones used ? If the surgeon wants to use cartilage from where he will take. If he take from my ear, will my ear lose its position

I advise my patients to avoid any medication which is a vasoconstrictor for 6 weeks post surgery if possible. Since it sounds like your Ritalin use is elective I would wait at least that long before resuming use.
