What Are These Bumps After Canthopexy? (photo)

Forgot to show pics, My dr. did perform a canthopexy on my eyes, But he took the stitches out, so why do I have these unsightly bumps. He couldn't even explain them.

Canthopexy Results

Rest assured that this problem will almost definitely resolve over time, although I don't understand why a canthopexy was performed in the first place.

If your surgery was recent, direct, aggressive external massage will improve the canthopexy bumps, over about 2 months. Talk to your surgeon before to do any massage!

I agree why did you have surgery? The posted photos bare this out. If I had to guess the bumps are deep sutures but than why didn't your chosen surgeon tell you that? I am at a loss.
