2 Weeks post op Facelift. Will the bright pink, raised scar under my chin go away? (photos)

All incision take time to heal.  Scars go through an evolution for a year after surgery and sometimes longer.  At 2 weeks it is too early to tell but redness and a raised scar can be normal.  Scar management after facelift surgery is one of the reasons follow up visits are so important. I will occasionally inject a steroid into the scar to help flatten it.  I generally do not do this until a month after surgery. Massage can helps as well. See your surgeon if you have any concerns. He/She performed the surgery and should guide you through the healing process.

It is common for facelift scars to be pink at two weeks. Massage and topical cremes like Scarguard can help. If redness persists ask your surgeon about non ablative fractional laser treatments.
