The Area Around my Eyes Got Dark After Fractional Laser. What's Going On? How Do I Fix This?

I recently had C02 fractional laser resurfacing under my eyes because I had black rings under my eyes. After this procedure the area started becoming dark. Now it seems brownish yellow. I was careful enough but after one month I'm concerned the darkness remains. Is it possible to give me a recommendation?
