I love my eyes and plan to get some work done on my brows to hopefully open up my eyes more naturally. When I have my eyes opened wide, they seem to appear neutrally positioned, but when they're slightly closed, my natural eye position seems dramatically tilted. I'll post a few pictures of a few angles.
Answer: Agree with the need for a personal consultation.
Modesto will not be the town to get this fixed! If you do anything seek several opinions in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
Your photos are not good. I look at them and what hits me is not the slight negative vector for your lower eyelids. Rather I am struck by how high you carry your left eyebrow. I wonder if you have some type of latent upper eyelid ptosis with a compensatory elevation of the left eyebrow.
So I do not mean to suggest that your own personal analysis is wrong, I just wonder if I would agree with your overall assessment if I personally examined you.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Eyelid Position Correction
Thank you for your question and the photos. It seems that your lower eyelids are somewhat loose laterally. This gives a downward sweep appearance of the white part of the eye (sclera) to side of the colored part (iris). This can be corrected alone or during an eyelid lift procedure. In my practice, I have performed a lower lid repositioning maneuver (tarsal strip) with an eyelid lift in similar cases. Best of luck moving forward!

Answer: Lateral eye position droopy
It may be possible to elevate the lateral lower eyelid very slightly to reduce the appearance of droopiness.
This might be best accomplished with a limited subciliary cheeklift.

Answer: Lateral lid droop
It appears that the outer part of your eye sits lower. Surgically this could be tightened using a lateral canthoplasty technique. This would however change the shape of your lower lid because it would be pulled up.
