Does the Amount of Filler Also Determine How Long It Lasts? (photo)

I had Teosyal Kiss and Fortelis extra injected 3.5 years ago. I had an ultrasound done in the area on top of my lips (philtrum area) and it did not show scar tissue...just soft tissue which means some of the filler is still in there. Anyways....I was injected with 2 vials (1 vial of twosyal and 1 vial of fortelis - I know its too much...he just kept wanting to put more and was convinced it would look better...crook). Does more filler mean it will take longer to dissolve?
