Hello, I got beard transplants 1.5 month ago, and; my. cheeks are still a little dropped and swollen. Can it be normal, or should I suspect a facial nerve or muscle damage by injections ? I will also be glad for any medication advice for this problem and faster healing for little pink scars.

The thin hairs that are growing with minoxidil not be affected if you shave it. But it may take the same amount of time for you to see it grow. It will likely not grow any thicker.
Your parents passed on their genes on to you. They gave you the genes for balding or a full head of hair. They gave you the genes for facial hair or no facial hair. There is nothing you can do to grow more beard. Shaving will not increase hair growth.
There is no "one best" ointment. Every doctor has their own post-op cleaning and washing recommendation. Follow the instructions your were given. The redness will take time to resolve.
