I have a scar the runs from the top of my lip to the bottom of my nose, it is an atrophic scar. As a 3 year old I was bitten by a dog, I am 24 years old now. The biggest thing that bothers me about my scar is that the alignment of the vermilion border is a step off. I know the scar can not be completely eliminate it, but I really want so type of improvement. I have been having trouble finding a surgeon who wants to attempt it. Im scared that if I get scar revision that it will look worse after.
