I am considering orthodontic treament with a palate expander to widen upper arch and braces. My mouth is small so my lips don't expand much when I smile. Will my mouth move/increase with arch expansion to a fuller wider smile? Also, is 6mm a nice expansion? On a ruler it doesn't seem that much. Thanks.
