Tetracycline Stains? (photo)

I also have the tetracycline stained teeth and after learning about the veneer, the KoR whitening home kit and laser whitening I decided to visit a dentist for the first time. Tho I've never had any teeth or gum complaint before. He explained the possible whitening treatments and told me he couldn't guarantee me a brilliant white teeth, but he could enhance the shades of my teeth. And he also said the teeth could achieve my desired whiteness, but it would depend on my teeth ability to absorb the whitening agents. He ran a check on me and told me I had 8 cavities and they have to get done before whitening. Each cavity, he said, would cost 85us$ to fill. Now, he has filled 4 cavities on the right side and I have an appointment with him on wednesday to fill up the remaining cavities. Then, he said he would clean the teeth after filling the cavity and that would cost 85us$. Afterwards, he suggested I do the laser teeth whitening (900us$) and follow it up with the home teeth whitening kit for 2 weeks (300us$). So, by wednesday I'll revist him so he can take the measurement of my teeth so as to make a perfectly shaped kit for my teeth. And then, we can proceed with the laser and I can take my kit home to use for 2 weeks.
