Side Effect of, or Allergy to, Artefill?

A Test for Artefill Left No Mark at Injection Site but I Did develop a rash type bumps on my upper chest and upper arms over the 1st 24 hours, is this a possible side affect or slight allergy? no other issues with this injection, is it safe to continue consider as an option?
