Terrible Otoplasty Result?

I had otoplasty surgery back in 2008. My ears are uneven..very..my left ear has cartilage missing..lookimg like piece of my ear wad bitten off..and is way too small than my right ear My right ear has blotches. I'm 25 and I'm horrified evetytime I see them..I can't pick up my hair in a ponytail..I look like a freak..please help me.what should I do.

I am sorry to hear that your previous surgery has left you so upset. Otoplasty results can typically be revised but revision procedures tend to be more challenging. Further, if cartilage has been removed, as you've suggested, that can make revision otoplasty even more challenging. Need For Pictures Of Otoplasty Results

To get helpful information about your otoplasty result, you need to submit current pictures of your ears. A description of your ears alone is inadequate. Good quality iictures should be taken from the front, side and the quarter or oblique views.
