Temple Vein Sclerotherapy or microphlebectomy

Temple veins are large and I recommend sclerotherapy or microphlebectomy and not laser therapy as laser can cause chronic thrombophlebitis and rarely gets rid of the problem altogether.

Following laser treatment of temporal veins or even other methods of temporal vein removal such as sclerotherapy or microphlebectomies there is a healing period of 3 to 6 weeks.  In addition, sometimes more than one treatment may be necessary .
