Can Temple Implants Cause Pain to the Muscles in the Head and Neck?

I had temple implants put in about a year and a half ago. I have also been getting dull head pain in the top right of the head that sometimes creeps over the my right eye. Could the implants be causing this? Straining a muscle or something? The pain is not excruciating but annoying and sometimes worse but mostly stable. I have gotten an MRI which came back clean. I'm just curious if the implant could be messing around with the muscles in my head and neck.
