Teeth Cleaning the Day Before Rhinoplasty..safe?

I am getting a rhinoplasty and septoplasty done in a week and the day before I have an appointment with my dentist for teeth cleaning. Is this going to affect my surgery? Should I cancel my dentist appointment?

Peptostreptococcus, Propionibacterium might be troublesome after facial surgery.

Great rhinoplasty question. And the simple answer is that we don't actually know the right answer.
