Is It Possible to Tear the Abdominal Stiches at 8 Months Post Op?

It is nearly impossible to tear surtures 8 months after an abdominplasty.

I would say that the sutures are superfluous after 6 months considering any operation. If the sutures were to fail, the operation would be unaffected.
