Dilute TCA Peel or Not to Achieve Full Results?

Does TCA peel work better when pure than diluted with water or other glycolic acid, etc.? Thanks.

Dilute TCA or not; depends on the patients skin type

Good question. The stronger the TCA solution, the more aggressive the treatment. The strength of the TCA needs to be adjusted for each patients individual needs. A fair skin patient with years of solar skin damage can be treated very aggressively with a more concentrated solution of TCA. Where a dark skin or olive skin patient could experience post-inflamatory hyperpigmentation with that same concentration. So in this case, a more dilute TCA would be appropriate.
