TCA Peel to Remove Freckles?

I have freckles all over my arms. Would a TCA peel get rid of them?

TCA Peel can remove freckles only temporarily

TCA peels will peel off the surface freckles and probably will look good for 6 months or so but they always come back with time and faster with a lot of sun light. So wear a sunscreen.
