Can I Use TCA Peel to Lighten Body Parts?

I am Indonesian with tanned skin. After my pregnancy, my underarm, inner thighs, elbows, and knees became noticeably darker. I was 120 lbs and became 170 lbs during pregnancy and now I am 150 lbs. Can I use TCA Peel to lighten these parts of my body? If so, what concentration should I use? I cannot afford visiting a dermatologists and having it done there because it is costly. Please help. Thank you for any advice.
