TCA peel for lower eyelids

TCA peel is an easy method for improving fine textural wrinkles of the lower eyelids. It is important to also use good topical therapies as well such as renova and or creams containing antioxidants and moisture. For more pronounced results Laser can be used instead. Fractional C02 laser such as Active FX works nicely for this purpose

Under eye wrinkles and TCA

A TCA peel will exfoliate the top most layer of the epidermis so a mild decrease in the peri-orbital wrinkles would occur. Combine that with some good under eye moisturizers and Botox and you will see a great improvement. If however the under eye wrinkles are due to a bulging of the fat pad, a lower lid Blepharoplasty combined with laser resurfacing is your best long term solution.

TCA

TCA Peels are good for the fine wrinkles around the eye. Do not do it yourself. May need to do it more than once depending on the depth of the peel Fractional CO2 is best for wrinkles around the eyes. Some use croton oil peels and those give good results as well
