Redundant to Have 35% TCA Peel a Year After Fraxel Restore?

I have Fraxel Laser (Restore) a year ago. I feel the skin is soft, but the hypopigmented scar and bumps are still there. I think probably Fraxel Restore does not slough off the top layer of skin. Should I try 35% TCA Peel?

A Different Treatment Might Be More Appropriate
For basic skin rejuvenation, a yearly fraxel or TCA peel would be good to keep the skin healthy looking and refreshed but the concerns you mention may be better addressed by a combination of procedures. If the skin is hypopigmented then a few lighter TCA peels such as 10-15% may be better to blend the skin and stimulate pigmentation. If you have bumps on the skin then we need to know what kind of bumps they are. If you have sebaceous hyperplasia bumps (enlarged oil gland bumps) then...

Continue with Fraxel
TCA peels usually do not improve bumps nor white spots. Possibly continuing with more Fraxel may help and speak to your dermatologist about other options.

Fraxel Restore is a good solution for problem
If you have hypopigmented scars, the chances of improving both the scars and the hypopigmentation is far better with Fraxel Restore than TCA peels.
The bumps have to be diagnosed first as to the cause and be treated accordingly. Should they be benign growths, they can be improved with Fraxel Restore as well.
