Would a TCA Peel Help with my Forehead Lines/creases?

I had moderate acne and was treated with numerous topical antibiotics. My acne has cleared up for the most part, but I have atrophic scarring and texture issues. I'm particularly concerned about my forehead. I've had some silicone micrdroplets injected in my forehead creases but my derm doesn't want to inject any more because she fears i'll get lumps. I'm considering a TCA peel. Would that help relieve my forehead lines/creases?
