TCA Peel
The typical reaction to a TCA Peel. Day one you will look sunburned..day two you will look like leather. By day three or four you should start to peel. During the first week you may experience some swelling and itching which is normal. At about the seventh day you should be done peeling, however you will still have some flaking skin and you may still be a little pink.

TCA peels
The reaction to TCA 30% peel will depend on the PH and how many layers of TCA was applied.
This will determine the depth of the peel. If you keep applying many many layers you can burn the skin.
The depth of the peel is determined by the skin TURGER and The FROSTING.

TCA Peel recovery and reaction
Recovery should be fairly fast. Especially if you pre-treated with Retin-A, which will speed up healing if used ahead of time.
Follow your doctors instructions regarding wound care. There will be some redness afterword as your newer skin is on the surface. Resume a top skin care program afterword including Retin-A and sun protection. Your skin care product will be able to penetrate deeper as the older skin has been removed. Don't damage your new skin with the sun.
Good luck....

30% TCA Peels on the Face
A typical reaction to a 30 % TCA peel on the face is that the face looks pink to red for the 1st day like a sunburn followed by dark patches unevenly placed across the face for the 2nd-4th day since the dead skin getting ready to come off turns dark and finally peeling like a lizard shedding skin for the 5th-7th day. After 7 days the face looks pink for 2 weeks and makeup covers it pretty easily. This is of course, if all goes well.
