Cracked Skin Appearance After TCA Peels

I'm 45 with sun damage to legs and arms, and did few TCA Peels (two 15%, one 30%) to front of thighs and all over calves. My thighs have somewhat improved texture, but my calves look worse, very weathered and shiny-looking. It looks like parched land with soil peeping thru cracks. I did this in Jan/Feb. My skin sort of looked like this before peels. Now, it's accentuated! The skincare nurse at work advised to try a lotion called Atrac-Tain by Coloplast with 10% urea and 4% AHA. Will it help?
