Can TCA Peel Be Sold Directly to the Consumer?

What is the allowable concentration of TCA in a peel that can be sold directly to the public?

TCA peel is not a do-it-yourself procedure

There is no concentration of TCA that is safe to use without professional training. For this reason, I do not believe it is available for purchase. If there was a low concentration available, it would probably not be strong enough to do much anyway.
