Age requirement in CA for tattoo removal

I'm not certain of your state's laws, but even if you are not old enough to sign for your own consent, your legal guardian or parent could sign consent for you. Of course, if you are interested in doing this without your parent's knowledge or consent, then you do have to find out what the age requirement is. You can ask the doctor's office with whom you are thinking of having it done. They should be able to tell you.
