About two years ago, I got a black inked tattoo about 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches big on the back of my neck. Do you think it will be easier to remove then if it was in color?

Yes
Black tattoos are far easier to remove than colored ones. Curtiously, this is one of the few times in life when you want someone with little experience to be working on you as possible. Amateur tattoos are much easier to get rid of than professionally applied tatttoos.
