I have a tattoo on back left shoulder that I would like removed. I feel that laser treatments will not get the results I need. Would excision be possible? The tattoo is about 5 inches by 4 inches.

Tattoo excision vs. laser removal

Surgical excision of a tatoo would need to create a longer scar than the tattoo and the scar can spread or raise up significantly.Laser removal is usually te best option.
