Tattoo Excision in Dallas Texas? (photo)

I have tried Q switched laser ive been going for about over a year going on 2 years and i see no improvement and i just want these tattoos gone. i know that excision will leave scaring and i do not mind scarring, as long as the tattoo is gone. i cant seem to fine anyone in dallas that does tattoo excision. im willing to travel anywhere in texas. how much would it cost? and any dermatologist or plastic surgeons who does this in texas?
