My nose looks nice when i remove the taping but becomes big again after sometime. why is this so?

Taping reduces swelling for the first 1-2 weeks after rhinoplasty.

After 1-2 weeks of taping, I think you are wasting your time to tape. The swelling will go down just the same.

Taping after Rhinoplasty

I sometimes recommend taping the nose for several days after cast removal in patients with increased swelling. The tape will decrease visible swelling immediately after surgery.  However, with or without tape, this normal swelling will resolve.

Post Rhinoplasty taping

Taping can help reduce swelling.  It also helps to secure the surgical repair until it heals.  Keep head elevated.

Taping DOES help reduce swelling after nose Surgery

After nose surgery there is a tendency for fluid to form in the space between the tissues and the bone-cartilage framework as well as some in the soft tissue themselves. Gentle taping greatly decreases such swelling promoting adherence of the tissues to the framework. Once the lymphatic drainage and venous drainage has re-established the swelling will resolve.
